I'm not very good with paper work mate, do you no if there is much involved ?

No, very little writing at any rate.

It's been a while since I did mine, but go ask about it in the stalking section.

The stuff you'll learn is invaluable and worth every penny.

If you look at the close up head pic you can see the hole next to its eye mate.

Pity it was a head as it would of made a lovely mount mate

Really nice head on it

Well done great shooting

I have some one coming to look at it tomorrow to see if he can save it for me. It is only a very small mark by his eye/ear the problem I also have is it malting and I don't no if all it's fur is going to fall out.

was that the only good shot ??? Couldn't you have a heart/lungs shot..

I'm not pulling the shot but ideally with you not shooting a deer before , personally. Would not go for a head shot..

I am guessing it was perhaps a park beast , where a head shot would be the norm.

Well done are you haveing the whole head done or just the Skull and antler on a shield

The taxidermist turned up today and removed the whole head and has said he can save it no problem (happy days  )

I don't know how long it takes to do but as soon as I get it back I will get some pics up :good:
