Hi i have been given permission to shoot on a friends fathers land, and also in the process of trying to get permission for two other farms near me and i was wondering how to lay out and word a form for the the land owners to sign expressing my permission to shoot on their land, which i can then keep in the car along with hopefully an aerial photograph showing the boundaries of the land, so far i have the following rough draft

This is to confirm that:

Has, in the written form of this notice, hereby signed and authorised by me, been granted permission to shoot for pest and vermin on land situated at:

Being the rightful and legal ownerof the above-mentioned land I am satisfied for this permission to last until revoked by me.

I understand that Mr Kitching, when on my land, will adhere to any rules or restrictions given by me, the landowner mentioned above. I do hereby *authorise / * do not authorise Mr Kitching to have one person accompany him as a 'guest' when upon my land. It is to be understood that (if granted by myself) a guest is bound by the same rules as the permission holder named above
