Richie10
Is it round and hard? If so it's a slight infection from a thorn usually. They sometimes come to the surface and pop, otherwise you can squeeze them to get the pus out. They then will dissappear.

Paul taylor
My springer had one like that a few months back and he comes back from the farm covered in thorns. I'm not saying this one will but his went hard and fell off eventually leaving a slight notch out the end of his ear, it never seemed to bother him. Richie10
If you scrape off some skin with you finger nail, not much and squeeze it, you should be able to squeeze the pus out. Other wise if you leave them to pop they usually leave a pot hole like Paul said. If you squeeze them out they repair normally, A bitch of mine has them all the time. WGD
Tie it off with some fishing nylon and it will fall off
phillips321
My old boy who is no longer with us (profile picture) had a few of these on his under belly. The vet drained one of them but it grew back. We just left it, it never caused a problem as it didn't seem to get any bigger than a pea.
