Cranfield
There are birds scattered across most of the spring wheat drillings and many are on clover. No large flocks, but birds moving about constantly. I saw quite a few in woodland along Stone Street earlier in the week, they appeared to be on the new buds and/or just resting up. There are plenty of corvids almost everywhere, so it would probably be worth setting up for a two pronged attack on drillings..
Worzel-gummidge
As Cranfield said really. Biggest flock I've seen so far this year was at cliff woods, probably 80 or so, seeing a lot in the trees and not so many on the drillings. Did have a little session the other day on a fresh drilling and they seemed to decoy well with only a dozen shells and a bouncer.

daz2202
Very few in Canterbury and Whitatable. I was in romney marsh at the weekend. They seem to have the counties population down there. They are on every field it seems.
