duck feeders

I run 2 shoots one for myself and one for a farmer anb I just use a spiral feeder thats been stretched out abit so the barley flows better and this seems to work fine on one pond ive mounted o 45 gallon drum on some scaffolding poles overthe water and this also works well then the duck can feed at night with out the fox disturbing them . Once there at an age were there flying strong I agree with what TIDES EDGE said about feeding as far from the water as possible . Hanging the feeder over water also limits the amount of feed virmin eat. All the best for 2014/2015 season Aaron B
