Could be £4700 plus VAT if it was registered as a commercial vehicle. That would make it £5640. Does that sound about right for a 58 plate? If everything's above board and there's no underhand dealings it's an easy £3k plus profit for somebody. Which suggests that not all is as it seems. I have just brought a new truck and had 3 or 4 attempts made at scams on all three sites. They Put the trucks up at bargin price to get you interested then when you ring they don't answer. Then as you have no reason to block your number i would suddenly get a text saying something like they was in Ireland working so wanted to do it through pay pal bla bla bla. They sent me a photo from google & told me they could have it delivered for £10....theres no courier would deliver that weight so cheap lol. Dbw1shrops Posted June 30, 2014 Report Share Posted June 30, 2014 Had this recently on auto trader there was a mini at a bargain price £2800 on a 07 plate with 59000 on the clock so emailed the said person couldn't phone the person ?? (Monica Lloyd ) apparently a busy surgeon with a story that it was her husbands pride and joy and they had just split as he had cheated on her and she just wanted rid ! But couldn't view the car as in storage, needed to go through pay pal to get car delivered ? My missus was crazy for this car and I was trying to wise her up if it sounds to good it normally is !!
