That won't be much use for him Steve, he only has a 2.3ah battery so should charge at 2300ma or just over. Those on link are 500ma so ok for anything over 5ah. Hi I don't know what make/ type of batteries come with a1 flappers so cant advise but if they are lead acid and 1.2ah then you need a charger no higher than 1200 milliamps for optimum battery life.
