Magnet speed ??

Recommended Posts

Hi chaps have got this speed controler for my magnet but not sure how it should be wired up? Any help welcome pics would be great. It's got two wires out of each end of the box, a red and black each end. Cheers.

Leave it @ home....Have the machine flat out..... the red cartridge goes in the right barrel and the black in the left.... :whistling:

Yes that would be perfect for sending the birds backwards on the rotary. So that's how they do it in Essex.

You really do not need a speed controller , but if you must there should be a mark or sticker which says which wires should go to the battery and which to the magnet , the red is the live, you will soon know if you have it wrong as you will blow the fuse in the controller , after doing that 3 times you will bin it and not use one as I suggested in the first place :whistling:

You don't need a speed controller mate even though I bought one myself thinking it was a necessity but in fact I've used it all but once lol if you want it faster or slower have a look under the magnet motor there should be some connectors under it just try switching them around to get the desired effect. 👍
