Rubber pigeon decoy

I've just come across an old rubber pigeon decoy that was the first decoy I ever bought back in the 1960's.

It's marked underneath James Decoy Ltd Gloucester England and still retains quite a bit of it's original paint.

Does anyone know anything about them and has it got any value?
