Have managed with conventional sxs and ou with a left hand cast on the stock and the rest of the gunn (top lever etc.) at right handed. Most big makes go lh versions or get it cast at a local gunsmith. If you buy from Elderkins fitting is in with the price. Only problem I had was a benelli M2 left hander that I couldnt shot cnsistently with so got shor of ity

I am a lefthander and have a lh beretta 687 which when I bought it new was the same price as a rh stock .

.I just bought a beretta silversable 689 rifle 2 months ago that was right handed . It cost me £40 to get the cast altered so that the open sights lined up properly for me.

If you want semi auto try a rh. gun and see if you can shim the head of the stock.

I did this with a beretta 301 semi useing a plastic window packer cut down and wedged in between the stock and the action on the righthand side which altered the cast.
