ditchman Posted July 23, 2014 Report Share Posted July 23, 2014 well i only got 6 birds, but it was nice to get out , its only 2 mins up the road, i set up under the oak trees and parked the landrover in the wood, the farmer has slashed the brambles out so as to make it easier for me to walk out sitting in the hide after 10 mins i realised i had comany...i didnt have the presence of mind to take a pic.....12 red deer mooched around me for 5 mins ! then wandered off back deep into the wood....they are big animals up close.... attatched a pic of the "bareminimum" stuff i take........... Countdown ..BLAAH......ive been mending chainsaws, mowers, wheelbarrows, and coughing my guts up combining and corn carting...had to replace 6 tiles on the roof...and ashamed to report that as an ex para i nearly pooped myself on the roof........life is never dull here Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
