triumphant59 Posted July 25, 2014 Report Share Posted July 25, 2014 Stumbled across a 1970 1300 beetle in a barn today. Its been sat there since 1992 when it was put in storage by the original owner. Its very dusty but apart from a little surface rust here and there looks really good. I restored one once so I know where to look for rust. No float on crank at all, not sure on mileage its parked between 2 tractors and I couldn't get in to read speedo. Guess is it will be low.
