They throw a terrible pattern, also in u.k they are known as sg or ssg depending on size! Don't waste your money mate, unless it's just for fun in which case fill your boots! AAA on the other hand show a significant advantage. An American dude on YouTube reckons he takes deer at 80 yards regular with 00 buckshot! So me and my mates tried it on a deer size target at 80 yards we only managed a couple of hits out of lots of shots!
