belly47 Posted August 24, 2014 Report Share Posted August 24, 2014 (edited) hi, I bought one of these from a guy on this site and its ok very light weight which is one of is benefits but also one of the drawbacks. I usually shoot with a buddy of mine and we use his 4 x 4 when we are together, however when I go out alone I wanted a lighter hide as I have to walk across fields etc. when using it in a strong wind it can be a bit flimsy, especially if you cant set up with the wind behind you, with a thick hedge or trees behind ive found it to be more than adequate for what I need. its very light and rolls up without too much hassle to get back into the carry case. so overall im pleased with but it is very light in strong winds I use it with a camo net over it too for better concealment, not essential but prefer it this way belly Edited August 24, 2014 by belly47 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
timmytree Posted August 24, 2014 Report Share Posted August 24, 2014 I've got an Ameristep outhouse, all the pop ups suffer from the same problems, they don't like the wind and get very hot in summer.
