Terror .720 is your best bet now for the browning gold 10bore , I missed the boat for .705 terror choke they don't list them anymore, but I'm more than happy with the .720, google wad wizard they list terror chokes on that site my mate got one in just over a week for around £75 posted from the states, I always keep a bit of oil on the outside of the choke they do rust with salt water .

I have just bought a Browning Gold 10b. I will be after an after market choke for it, do any of you chaps have the same gun and use an AMC in it, if so which one would you recommend. I have a kicks in my 12 but want one that suits the 10.Thanks

I have a patternmaster in my Remington SP10 (very early SP10, 32" barrel). I got it last season after fitting one to my 12 bore Benelli, very pleased with the results. It seems to me to be quite important to fit the correct one to the gun, by this I mean the 12b goose choke is designed for. 3 1/2" chamber, whilst the duck is designed for 3" chambers. Obviously you can swap and change them if you wish, but that's the advice from patternmaster. Incidentally the pigeon code black is a superb choke over decoys. Back to the 10, I used it on a few occasions on the foreshore in Kent and it performed very well with steel with a higher percentage of kills than I have previously had (this was also the case with the 12). I then took it to Scotland and again it killed very well with both lead and steel. I have not carried out any pattern testing or any other testing for that matter, but the results in the field have pleased me. I can only assume that the improvement in kills is down to pattermasters claim that the shot string is shorter and therefore the pattern denser. I don't think it is down to me improving, in fact I'm positive we can rule that out.

Sounds like a terror is the way to go. Anyone got a retailer in America that they can recommend and have used in the past.

Thanks

Just google Wadwizard. You'll find what you need to know on their site. They are very good to deal with - I've bought 4 chokes from them.
