Richo85
Hi all..I know to a lot of people this post will seem like a waste of time but I have just ordered my 1st daystate huntsman regal in 22. Fac 40 ft pound.. Excited is an understatement, put my deposit down and now just the 4 week wait. Roll on a month. Was a toss up between the hw100 and the huntsman..but daystate won the battle. Any info on pellets and any other advise welcome Atb brett

feos
I own Daystate Huntsman Regal, shoot more than 1000 pellets, favourite is JSB Exact Jumbo EXPRESS .
evo
Hi Brett, congratulations on a cracking choice of rifle, the only one thing I would change would be the power,,i would not get the huntsman running over 30ftlb,, at 30ftlb the Daystate huntsman performs superbly,, also at 30ftlb you will also get a higher shot count, can I just say also that I have used a Huntsman classic running at 30ftlb and I found the best pellet for outstanding performance was the JSB Exact 15.89g , it had a very flat trajectory and was also very accurate out to 55-60yrds, just because its a FAC doesn,t mean you must use heavier pellets, you honestly don't need 40ftlb bud but you will certainly enjoy the rifle as they really are a cracking piece of kit enjoy and don't forget to show us the pictures when it arrives atb Evo
Richo85
Thanks evo. Yes the shot count was the only thing that bothered me. What would it be for 40 and 30 ft lb. Cheers brett
