I have same problem with mine, use brick cleaner. Pour on neat, leave for 5 mins - there's some fizzing and then hose or pressure wash off. Its bloody good stuff. I used it first time round and was left with a clean patch so had to do the rest to match lol. I get it from eBay its called b&q brick cleaner in a red 5l container. Bout 9 quid I think. It even cleared up after my rear main seal went.
