It depends what you want but I'd go secondhand and get a decent multishot PCP - Air Arms, Daystate, HW, Falcon, BSA R10, even an old Theoben. try a few out and see what fits best. Muddy Funker Posted September 12, 2014 Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) £600 should get you a fairly high end set up including scope and filling kit, second hand of course.You'll get a lot more for your money buying second hand as long as the kit has been looked after.Edit: Assuming you want a precharged gun that is. Weihrauch/Air Arms/Daystate these are the mainstays really but of course there are other good ones.
