Or a waste of £50 if it fails its test, as they will have to destroy it... I sold two full but out of test scuba cylinders a few years ago when we gave up diving, the deal being if they failed, I would give a full refund on producion of the proof. Both passed fortunately!

a fiver to fill in my local shop, and i bought my bottle just this week (fed up with using a pump!) from js ramsbottom as they had the best deal i could find and at £169.99 for a 7ltr a whole lot cheaper than my loca lshop for the same bottle
