Faulty flapper

Sitting here in a stubble field and can't get my flapper working. It's one I bought from the pigeon shooter only back in June.

It's not the battery as I can hear the motor. It seems to be the arms that aren't working. Although the arms aren't stuck as I am able to move them manually.

Any ideas?

Quick update. I haven't got a chance to update this thread as I have been up to my eyes in dirty nappies the past week.

Paul has kindly offered to replace the flapper but I would rather try to fix it than get him to replace it. I have taken a video & sent it to Paul to have a look at.

if its a flapper with plastic linkages they are carp they use plastic servo arms which are not really up to the task, this happened to mine second time out,(see pic) my flappers with metal linkage arms are still going strong after a LOT of use, buy cheap = buy twice.
