Just wondering if anyone has any info on Air Arms air rifles?

I'm looking for some info on a F510 SL carbine .22 air powered air rifle, does this model need a fire arms cert, the owner has just passed away so the remaining family are unsure of any details or if it requires a cert or not and they cannot find a cert at home. There is very little info on the net that I can find so just wondering can anyone on here give me some guidance.

Cheers

the s510 is a great gun. i've had one myself in the past. you will need to get the gun run over a chronograph. a gun shop should be able to do that for you; just take it in and they will do it for you. mine does it for £5 but that seems a bit steep! Be warned though, if it's on or over the 12ft/lb limit, then they will not give it back and will then insist on payment for getting it set! Your best bet is to do it yourself, or find someone who has one. There are plenty of shooters on here from wales. If you say what part of wales you might get some kind soul offer it! hope that's of some help. It's a cracking air rifle though :)
