BRNDL
Hello all, I was invited on a walked up grouse shoot last week and managed to bag my first ever grouse, flushed from heather by the dog and retrieved without hesitation. A moment to remember and a nice picture to suit. BRNDL Edited October 15, 2014 by BRNDL

BRNDL
Thanks guys - I was a happy chappy! The grouse took off at around 30 yards heading away so I had to be quick. 4.5 hours on the moor and I got my reward. MattSoanes
Well done on your first Grouse. I'm not having a go, but assuming those emptys in the pic are what you used ,is it normal to shoot them with such a heavy load? I've never had the chance so I'm just curious.
