Brown Sauce Posted November 14, 2014 Report Share Posted November 14, 2014 Evening all, Pic of our latest trip up to Welshpool. In total we had 14 Canada geese, one picked up after the photo. Fair play to Shotgun Spud and his dad Andrew, they'd spent the 4 days before our arrival, checking out the fields and surrounding area, to ensure we were right on the flight line. Arrived in the chosen field around 6.00am, set up the hides and decoys. Bang on queue they started flighting by us at 7.15am and within about 30 mins we'd reached our bag limit. Quick breakfast and we went out for a wander around the fields, flushing out pheasants, in total 20 birds between us all. Yet again a superb day was had by all and a massive thank you to Alex and Andrew. We'll be seeing you again next years.
