Cocker spaniel having fits / seizures

On my little syndicate we have a few dogs working hard all day.

One of the little cocker spaniels is an excellent dog . Its the best dog on the shoot.

The last three times shooting , this year and last, it has started having fits.

This happened last year and this year. It is the same point during the day (toward the last drive)

The vet has given some epilepsy medication but this has not worked . I have read that epilepsy should only be the cause if the dog is in a relaxed state not actively running around.

I have also read it could be low blood sugar.

Anyone have similar problems ? or heard about any solutions?

All help greatly appreciated ,
