My 1st, 2nd and 3rd foreshore pinks, following MANY blank trips to various Scottish marshes. Every time they've been too high, too wide, or just not shown up at all. But a little wind tonight brought them low enough for a few shots, and for once, I actually took my chances! I enjoy such views... Im not too far from there and there's plenty of geese round my way, but there's something special about chasing them North of the border. I only go to Scotland once a year for the geese, so there's probably only been 10 flights or so in that time.
