A week or so I have worked with her a few times. She is all ready to work just man her up to me for a week.

I think they are on with cold but when they get a bit older they have weeker hearts so I have read and been told

no reason why your Harris won't live to a ripe old age. It's not cold which kill birds in captivity, it leaving them in draughty conditions, which is deadly. And clipping birds wings is to stop them flying, no other reason.

It was a real shame with my friends hawk he did everything the chap told him to do with regards to enclosures but we were only young then I am talking 16 ish he was hoping to work it over his terriers eventually but we never got the chance and didn't get another one after that
