kdubya
Well had the transposition of my ulna nerve done on monday via the NHS conveyor belt, in done and tossed out still throwing up method ( not pleasant) told to remove the bandage today and put a clean waterproof dressing over then to re-bandage, the dressing they gave me is 1and a half inches long I assume the nurses thought I had just had the decompression little nick, this is what I have, so just about to pop down to the one life to have it redressed the arm by the way is not normally that shape it is swollen badly, but it does not hurt to much at all, and he has done a cracking job of joining the tat back up KW Edited November 26, 2014 by kdubya

7daysinaweek
the surgical closure of your wound is called primary intention, this is the most appropriate way to close the wound to decrease the risk of infection aid healing, good news for yourself looks like said quack has used glue and staples for tight approximation closure which will result in the lesser amount of scarring. 5 minute job for the nursy to remove the staples when you return to clinic. WAS IT YOUR TRIGGER ARM? hope heals well
grrclark
Excellent job of closing the tattoo back up, if the scar doesn't thicken then likely you wont really notice it.

AVB
I thought this was going to be a Jimmy Saville type post with a picture of you with a lad called Nick on your arm. Relieved that it wasn't. Hope your arm heals although with that tattoo on it amputation may have been preferable.

four-wheel-drive
You did not need to cut yourself like that just to give you an excuse to show off your new tat I must say that I hate the bloody things but that is good work just a pity that it is not on something that will last longer than your arm. The arm could always be sent for taxidermy when it is no longer needed and preserved for Posterity. That is of course if Posterity wants it. Very good artwork.
