Don't forget tomorrow night is the North Region AGM. Nick Fellows and Terry Bobbett will be in attended and will be taking questions from the floor. Likewise if you wish to ask the committee any questions this is a good opportunity to do so. You may also stand as a county representative. 7:30pm at Mercure Hotel in Wetherby LS22 5HE

Wonderful, I see the venue has moved from Harrogate and gone even further away. Having been a County rep for several years and dragged myself to Harrogate in all weathers and achieved absolutely ZERO, apart from how to stay awake whilst bored out of my skull. You will forgive me if I give it a miss.

Much easier to get to 20 mins off my journey time and no problems parking, and it's cheaper to rent for the evening.

Harrogate was a nightmare.

Figgy, I doubt the NOE committee would have any influence over were they are held, it's up to the grounds to put themselves forward.

And Westley, things are moving forwards :)

The North region has always had sheds full of talent and it's great to see our elected reps supporting and advising our newer members to go out of their comfort zone and go for bigger things. The reps of the regions are our contact to head office and they do a sterling unpaid task. So lets not winge about what might be ,lets help them get to what could be. from Auntie.
