lakeside1000 Posted January 27, 2015 Report Share Posted January 27, 2015 I've never tried eating them, the muscle tissue seems to be very dense particularly in the back and legs, must be from all that climbing and jumping about, but mainly the resemblance to rat in shape and size just puts me off, think I will stick to pigeons and pheasants, yummy !! Got a few from Sunday I the fridge that im cooking up for my folks when they come round at the weekend. Not telling them what it is till they've tried it though!
