Imperfection
Smear a little grease on the thread and it should create a suction effect.

Brodie
Use a Teague choke key to nip up exteded chokes - no need for cut outs in the choke which can easily burr.

Comma Multipurpose Lithium Grease is fine no need for "choke grease" that costs a fortune.

Longbower
I have a Hatsan Pump with extended chokes. I cant figure out why a fully cammo' gun would have a big shiny silver thing sticking out at the front for the pigeons to see So I covered mine in green tape. One of the chokes does have a poor thread on it , with flat tops, on each pitch.
joecash
at the end of the day a hatsan is a hatsan - theyre like marmite - love them or hate them
Lord O War
My original Hatsan chokes would work loose after a while but the muller choke I have now doesn't.

a303
I thought Hatsan chokes only removed themselves by blowing out the end of the barrel?? Joking aside, try some grease on them and see how it goes. If still getting loose try a taper choke key on them.
