anser2 Posted March 14, 2015 Report Share Posted March 14, 2015 (edited) Any time between sunrise and sunset. It will depend on local conditions , weather and what the birds are feeding on. Last week I had shot my first birds at 7 am , but did not bother to go into the woods at the weekend until 3 pm and still managed 10. Mid week I was out and few birds started to move until midday , today the first birds were shot by 9 am. So its an impossable question to answer.
