Good job u , you call him in or sit and wait ?

No mate, we just did a quick lamp session locally from the car. We spotted him from some high ground. He waits until the farm goes quiet, about 9pm then moves in. I saw him nab one of my shot rats weeks ago.

We had a bit of luck, he came to us purely by chance.

 

The pheasants tell me he is about but I never see him in the day and he never came to the caller!

 

Last week I hoped I had got rid of another clever clogs but last night elsewhere no, he is still there :-(. Its one we educated months ago :-(

Don't know don't count any more but often try to tally up. Its not that many. 20 ish.

For three years over twenty years ago I had 350 with another guy on one estate.

Some years only a dozen or so.
