my truck as started last week to slightly pull to one side , especially notice it when traveling down nice straight roads lol.

I am having to put pressure to right hand side to keep going in a straight line , only a little but enough to be getting me thinking something is out of line.

brakes feel fine , no judder etc , just that annoying angle I,m having to hold the steering wheel in just to go straight

what should I be looking at

Tyre pressure is first port of call. If the pressures are ok have a look to see if there is any sign of tyre wear on any of the tyres. If there isn't any wear check your suspension bushes and components such as ball joints, shocks, springs, wishbone bushes etc. If they all look good then check your tyre pattern. If your tyres are non-directional, swap your front wheels over (drivers side wheel moved to passenger side, and passenger side moved to drivers side). This has cured more steering issues than I can remember.
