Could be they're watching him for something bigger, he's probably a professional trouble maker. Or could be he's an MP's son ?

Its been said they have been unable to identify him yet his picture shows his face, strange is it not when they can identify scores of footy hooligans and rioters from the vaguest of photographs taken at night in some instances. Perhaps it needs the will to do so :hmm:

Almost certainly as they give the charging advice, but as it's the police that pass the message on it's naturally their fault.

Is that correct?do the CPS give charging advice? I understood it is they who decide whether to prosecute or not!.....in any case whoever made the decision obviously didn't bother trying too hard to bring this cowardly thug to justice!

On something like this I'm fairly certain the decision would have been made by cps though I could be wrong. The cps definitely give charging advice.

plod provides the evidence and the CPS will act upon that evidence, in this case it seems gathering the evidence was to hard :lol: :lol:
