Had a text on Monday from farmer .field sown crows on it,Tuesday no wind and sunny walked crows off set up near a big oak,the gathering area is a wood about 400yds away on another farm with horses on it so no one allowed to shoot, had a 5hour stint for 32 crows 5 pigeons, after first coupleshots crows went every were and slow to come back.if I had a wind would have had a lot more as what did come decoyed well. Wednesday another farm .again on sowing a lot of birds but farmer spreading fertilizer on upwind side of a long narrow field a wood on the boundary that had a good flight line in to it but a trailer was in field with the fertilizer on it next to wood so could not shoot there had to set up down wind and had deeks out 50 yds as birds came overhead and to my left, the flight line was over tall rape into the wood farmer put birds out every time he came near with tractor,I had some good sport at long birds and picked 27 lost 5 in the rape,so not to bad being were I had to set up. Going back to see if I can get near wood as still a lot in there.
