However practical, is camo clothing not ridiculous?

No it helps you blend in to you surroundings , the key is to use the right cammo.

I think the boots don't help. Like I would have though plenty on here, I wear military boots April-October, and when you add that to camo combat trousers, it inevitably just make you look more like you're about to storm an embassy than pick a few pigeons.

 

So I think I'm going back to my olive green moleskins and leave all this camo lark behind. There's no need for it really, is there.

being as short and fat as i am , the only soldier i look like is don estell :yes:

 

when i pop into the garage whilst wearing my shooting gear , the biggest problem is the smell , i try not to wash it , it has a very farmyard aroma lol.
