tweedledee
I would advise staying with theoben daystate or air arms.

kenj
A bit late to this thread. I own and shoot a Career 707 .22 carbine on a FAC at 28 ft lb. It is extremely accurate with Bisley Magnums out to 40 + yards. I have owned this rifle for ten years, having stripped it to renew all the seals, which I found available at my local plumber's shop. Owning a .22lr and an HMR, it only comes out of the cabinet on special occasions to deal with pigeons, rats and squirrels. It is quite weighty, but also a stable firing platform. This is one of my blogs on the Career 707 http://www.urbanfieldsportsman.com/index.php/shin-sung-career-707-22-carbine-rabbit-clearance/
Underdog
I rebuilt one years ago in FAC. It was doing 800fps with 22 bis mags. Good shot count too.
