Winchester sxp

I have the same gun, albeit its with Winchester having a part replaced due to the recall. I had no problems with it but thought better safe than sorry. IMHO they are cracking guns for the money.

I bought it as a bit of a novelty to use when coaching, but after taking it out on the pigeons a few times, it's one of my favourites to shoot.

I had a waterfowl sxp, and I think they're a great gun.

I t was one of my favourites, but px'd it for a BPS. I do miss it sometimes. Many manufacturers have issued a recall at one time or another, the fault is put right and I think Winchester have dealt with it properly. Certainly would not srop me from buying another, great gun for the right money.

I have a 3" chambered one that I bough recently. I have put almost 1000 shells through it with no issues. Great gun for the money.

I have just fitted an ATI T2 tactical stock as I found that the gun was just a little short for me but liked it enough to change the stock rather then changing the gun.

I use mine mainly for pigeons and crows and the odd clay shoot. I have a Maxus and a Miroku o/u but I do love that pump action!

Not sure on the supernova, but the SXP has a speed cocking feature where the fore end is sent backwards after a shot meaning a quicker cycle. Really great gun for the money.

i have a supernova, when i first got it i must have put more than 750shells through it in a day.

i would consider the sxp on cost alone. the supernova was cheap because i bought it years ago, £500? i think they are 700 now.

£340 buys alot of gun.
