Hi gang.

I was asked today when you shoot a Rabbit why do you take one of the eyes out of it.

Said ive never heard of it but was told it was to help the Rabbit bleed.

Can anyone throw some light on this or is it April 1st.

Thanks all.

Risin' up, back on the street

Did my time took my chances

Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet

Just one buck and his will to survive

So many times, it happens too fast

You change your passion for glory

Don't lose your grip On the dreams of the past

You must fightjust to keep them alive

It's the eye of the tiger It's the thrill of the fight

Spoke to the chap who mentioned this and he said he kept captive Rabbits and killed them by a chop on the back of the neck and when dead then pulled an eye out

to bleed them. He is a Frenchman by the way. So they were not shot as i put but dont know if this makes it any clearer.

By the sound of him, I doubt that he is really a Frenchman.

It also depends on what chop he is using. A pork chop is far better than a lamb chop. :)
