guzzicat Posted July 3, 2015 Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 Yes I am off to it,I will be the greybeard with glasses & a fox red Lab.I was at Floors castle game fair years ago when it rained (&rained)I went second day & it was like the Somme without the troops.I talked to a lady with a stall,& she complained about the weather, I said just around the corner there is a man in upto his waist with four people attempting to get him out. She laughed when I said he had asked if it would help if he took his feet out of the stirrups! Weather forecast not too good but don,t let it spoil a great day out Maybe see you there. It was as busy as I have ever seen a Friday so expect some were trying to take advantage of the weather. The traffic was queued from the middle of the Friarton Bridge at 9:30, will teach me for sleeping in and leaving late. Also seemed to be a lot more traders this year too which is good to see. Pushkin Posted July 4, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 4, 2015 Hi guys - not sure if I saw any of you or not? Everyone seemed to be having a good time though and the weather was amazing. Saturday attendees did not get a good start to their day but it is again really great weather now. Sunday attendees - hope you folks have a great day. This has to be a record for me too, never bought anything shooting related; fish and chips and 2 bottles of water was the sum extent of game fair spend.
