Has anyone had any recent dealings with them? i know they're delayed due to a water leak as per the statement on their website. May be worth emailing TVP to say you are concerned your application may have got lost in the post - unless you are close enough to stop by their Office. HardFocus Posted July 14, 2015 Report Share Posted July 14, 2015 I am in the Thames Valley and they quote 60 days turnaround on their website. If you have a look on the website you will see your local FEO telephone number. I called him directly around the 60 day mark and he came around within two hours.
