stubear Posted July 24, 2015 Report Share Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) Hey folks, I'm a long time lurker but recent joiner to the PW forums, happy to be here! I've been shooting a long time now, mainly clays and target rifle (full and small bore), but I havent really done much rough or woody shooting and I'm very keen to get more involved and develop my skills! I'm based in Alton, BASC member and SGC holder and I'm looking for any shooting I can get involved with really hehe! As a rookie pigeon shooter what kit would you recommend I look into purchasing? I'm already set with shotgun, ammo, gun slip etc but I'm sure there are other bits of kit that are pretty much necessities? And I was also wondering how I might best go about introducing myself to prospective shooting partners/land owners? I've been having a bit of read on the forums here and it sounds like the best thing to do is just ask (but in the right way hehe)? Any and all advice welcome!
