Ira Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 Back on the field of doom, last two sessions there had me waiting and waiting, for four birds!! So I checked it out again, as everyday is different and there were plenty of birds again, the whole field now cut and its 120 acres. So I set up at the end of a group of trees that stick out in the field a couple of hundred metres, put 5 dead birds out and about a dozen full bodies and flocked shells. bought the rotary and the flapper but school boy error, rushing about, blah blah no batteries, T**T. Made the most of it built a nice hide, which after a while I raised up and forgot about sitting, ended up with 30 pigeons picked up so quire a nice afternoon, at last, a couple of doubles very happy!
