nice and tidy you have made a good job of cleaning them.........what coulour are you going to paint them...............

i think im just going to leave them as is :good::good:

They look very shiney Viking, first time I have seen anyone polish undercoat.

Yep Coniston Green, (Green the only colour for a Land Rover that you hope to sell) :ninja:

its all i the detail FS,:lol:

This truck is a thing of extreme beauty. I hope you dont scratch them putting it back together.

How long will it take now........I cant wait to see it.

why thank you kind sir, my plan was to have it ready for the local classic car show on the 21st august, at this point its 50/50, i will know more in a couple of weeks :good::good:

and the fear of scratches whilst putting it back together remains very large :oops:

no idea really, but im going to say no. :hmm::hmm:

have a word with the bloke who sprayed it and ask him if he has any left over...ask him to put it in sealed little pots...so if you get a few scratches...you have AN EXACT COLOUR MATCH FROM THE ORIGINAL BATCH.........so if you get a scratch you know you can make it dissapear...........

finally got my bulkhead fly/bug meshes today that were a replacement from the galvanising place that melted mine, was hoping for a new pair but i suppose mine were not new so a second hand pair is fair enough, anyway they look new now, gave a good soak in my special cleaning fluid, then went over them with my special and favorite cleaning tool, and a quick flash over with some silver pain, easy :good::good::good::good:
