ferretfan123
Hi just wondered if anyone has used it or owns one? Are they any good for a break barrel? As good as bsa lighting? Or like a cheap smk? They are made by berretta. Thanks josh
secretagentmole
They are not made by Beretta, they are made by BAM, the same Chinese company that makes the SMK XS19 (which is the action in a non Beretta stock). Beretta did the stock design, Stoeger (American arm of aforementioned Italian company) do the marketing, BAM (China) do the making! Have a link to a list! http://chineseairgunportal.brutuz.com/clonelist.htm These are the people who make the Stoeger X20 http://www.china-bam.com/blen/index.aspx! As a nice game.... http://www.china-bam.com/blen/products.aspx?ProductsCateID=435&CateID=435&objCurrCate=435 Play spot the clones in the product list! Les*1066
I haven't heard too many glowing reports about them, so perhaps one to avoid?
ben0850
I've got one, cheap robust yet somewhat agricultural...sent it away to Welsh willy for a new spring and trigger kit..it's now spanking! There's an older thread on the gun in question
sidawson
ive got one, put a welsh willy trigger in it and made a difference
Mentalmac
I use one - was my first airgun - cheap and cheerful, fairly quiet for a springer - took 3 bunny with it the other day from 35-40 yards off hand so can't be that bad... secretagentmole
I prefer the Hatsan 900 (complete with woolly single stage trigger) if you need a silenced spring powered, if not then a Hatsan 55 (.177 or .25) or 60, much better triggers, walnut stocks, full powered and accurate! Longbower
I have one , and my 30yr old son has one, both have had Welsh Willy internals , and trigger, put on, and a slight chamfer, added to the breech where the pellet goes in, because both guns mangled pellet skirts without this mod. They are now both robust and accurate.

secretagentmole
Basically if you want one buy a Welsh Willy tuned one, if not, buy a nice Hatsan 55 or 60 for less money...
archiebald
instead of buying these and fitting tuning kits i think id rather buy an old hw and do some home tuning
Mentalmac
lol mine kills things with no Welsh Willy's in it... just not the best gun there is, but its cheap and cheerful. The cheaper Hatsan's are good though
