Too right! It's all about drip-feeding...

 

Sold them to the butcher skinned for £2 a piece .. have got gutting and skinning down to about 10 mins per rabbit. So coupled with the half hour drive to my permission, the three hours shooting, best part of two hours skinning, that's about £2.60 per hour. Not quite the Living Wage........

 

Still feels worth it though!

 

Burgers sound good Dougy.... for next time! How do you get them tender enough and not typically chewy..??
