markg
I have the daystate air ranger set 40 ftlb Has anyone tried the 18g air arms pellets at this power ?
kody
i use jsb 18gr in my air arms on 32flb very accurate i would imagine bisley magnums 21gr might be better at 40flb
feaks
I've used them in a 30ft/lb Daystate Mk3 but they didn't group as good as Bizmags. Then again nothing does in my gun.
turbo33
I expect like most of us, its doing about 36-38 ftlbs. I used to use bis mags, but now mainly use the aa 18grainers. They are superb and very accurate through my Airwolf 40ftlb (38!)
Esca
I have the Air Ranger H&N Barracuda 5.52 work however most accurate at 110-150 psi
chrisjpainter
It's a revolutionary idea, but why don't you try them? If they group well for you, then you have your answer...My gut feeling is that a heavier pellet might be better, but it might well be worth finding out how it works in your gun. Even two identical AA guns may not produce the same groupings with the same pellet. Edited October 12, 2015 by chrisjpainter
