walshie
That's a fairly common question. The only way you'd know for sure is to ask the force who cleared the land.
Luckyshot
Under Durham yes but your force may say otherwise.

pigeonblasterian
I have some land that was cleared only for 22lr.I asked if it was cleared for 17hmr and they told me no. I asked if they would clear it and it took them three days and i got a phone call telling me it had been cleared.
remmy1100
thanks for the replies guys all sorted feo has said prefers use of 17hmr as less chance of ricochets and they class it smaller calibre than .22lr even though its more powerful
