Got to farm by 10 Dyf waiting ready to go. Walked up track to gate way put on red NM800 pair of eyes coming over a brow on bank said fox where he said Down on rifle Archer on could see fox walking up hill in dip. Did not bother to call him quick Oi stopped down it went. Dyf said thats a long way. Must say these Archers are brill that fox over 200 y and clear as crystal in NV. Walked over to pick it up said to Dyf i'll have a smoke then we will call again. Put foxpro on rat distress within 5 mins pair of eyes on bank above where we shot from. Again Dyf fox where by water tank think him and Bullet Boy need to go to specsavers.lol Watched it for 5 mins came to fence and sat no movment put caller back on he came through fence sat Boom down. Had another smoke then called again with rat distress. Not long another pair of eyes coming from right down on rifle no sign on with caller seen eyes otherside of double fence. It came through after a few minutes then came running in stopped caller shouted Oi then Oi twice more stopped for a sec Boom down. No more that 50y 2y from caller. Waited 10 mins caller back on pair of eyes coming out of oaks below us but not coming to call. Told Dyf i'm going to nail this monkey. Fox was walking about by wood quick Oi stopped Boom down 180 y off post. Had to walk a fair way to gate looked for it but no sign. Went up this morning it was dead by fence in nettles.
