At last i managed to find a 222, seem to be looking for ages for the right one. Fetched this one on sat evening. Weirauch 60j in 222, been shortened and re crowned to 16in. with a t4 mod and ags 3-12x44 scope.. perfect for the disco.. zeroed today and thaught i will sit for a fox where the local land backs on to a friends horse paddock..(i have permission on both) This lady stolled into the field after some fish ive been throwing in there for a few days. post-783-0-15730500-1444069884_thumb.jpg

Just looking at the size compared to some of the beasts I've had over the last week. They are certainly a different breeding, she looks a right stumpy little thing.
Nice rifle too ;-)

Theres no need to show off now Dougy. If the foxes you shoot get any bigger you will need a digger to dispose of them :lol:

I know your kidding,

but the last few posted were from about 15 miles apart, it just shows how the gene's vary from different area's.

Are AGS scopes rated for centre Fire? I always thought they were air rifle specific? I have one on a hw97 that has 100 yards marked on the turret but that's well out of air rifle range?

not sure about that.. will just keep checking zero and see.. cheers
